City's internal complaint process for the division, agency, corporation or adjudicative bodies before we can assist you. If you cannot find the contact information you are looking for, please contact

Is Your Complaint Something We Can Help With?
We oversee all City divisions, and many City agencies, corporations and adjudicative bodies. This is called our jurisdiction. Please take a moment to see if we can handle your complaint by checking to see if it is within
our jurisdiction. If you are still unsure, contact us.
What We Don't Do
Ombudsman Toronto does not investigate every complaint within its jurisdiction. We do not consider issues before the Courts. We do not oversee
Councillor conduct or
Lobbyist conduct.
