Ways to Complain
You can submit your complaint to Ombudsman Toronto by phone, mail, fax, email, in person, or online through our online complaint form

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (or by arrangement)
If you cannot call during business hours, you can leave a message after hours and we will follow up within one business day. If you need to meet with us and cannot do so within business hours, we can make plans to meet with you at a more convenient time for you.
If English is not your first language, we have access to basic translation services that can help us serve you in more than 100 languages.
If you do not have a computer and want to make an online complaint, we encourage you to use a free computer at one of the Toronto Public Library’s 99 branches
Your complaint should include:
- why you are dissatisfied
- when the issue(s) occurred
- who was involved
- what was said or done
- your desired outcome
